Responsibilities 1. Daily Analyze Month-To-Date performance, identify opportunities and develop a plan to capture them. Attend the morning meeting. Dispatched plan visit and pre load order for the next day. Check agenda and plan activities programed for the day. Inform manager on volume achieved at the end of the day. Ensure that all activities planned for the day are properly executed, including Vending Sales Assistant (VSA) in route and overall visit. Handle queries/complaints on sales and other service matters from existing customers. Market visit and ensure machines under his/her care are functional.
2. Weekly To check VSA planned call through Commercial Planning (CP) daily report. Perform vendor audit together with Finance auditor to ensure right pricing/ products/ packages. Analyze and investigate variance through the report provided by Finance. Coaching for each VSA in the market. Conduct fortnightly team meeting with all VSA.
