Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include:
Greet, welcome, and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.Take orders, prepare drinks according to recipes and serve all food and beverage requests in the bar.Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo identifications.Demonstrate complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu.Prepare the bar for service by ensuring bar supplies, garnishes, utensils are properly set up in accordance with quality standards.Inventory unused liquor and beverages. Ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift.Submits orders or creates requisition forms for liquor, beer, wine, and other bar-related supplies.Adhere to all cash handling and credit card policies and procedures.
