Role: RPO Recruiter Automotive/Manufacturing Industry

Location: Manesar/Gurgaon

Experience: 5+ years (preferably in Automotive/Manufacturing hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Source and screen both blue-collar and white-collar talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in manufacturing/industrial recruitment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools
