Must Haves

• 5+ years experience Proven success managing large-scale, multi-divisional ServiceNow implementations using hybrid delivery approaches that incorporate agile/iterative principles.
• 5+ years experience Demonstrate a collaborative attitude by working closely with the ServiceNow technical and business leads, stakeholders to understand their requirements, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
