Roles&Responsibilities: - Development of an eRRAM integration scheme and securing the intrinsic film characteristics of RRAM
- Analysis of major failure modes occurring during process
development (defects, systematic failures, etc.)
- Development of algorithms for analyzing RRAM device
characteristics and improving those characteristics

Requirement:

- Experience in development and mass production of RRAM Bit Cell
Integration
- Understanding of failure analysis modeling related to process
- Capability and experience in film development to improve RRAM
characteristics(Uniformity, Endurance, Retention)
- Experience in RRAM device analysis and improvement algorithms
