• Qualified RTLB or registered teacher with significant experience.
• Experience in leadership roles (RTLB, pastoral or curriculum leadership) to support teachers dealing with diverse behaviour and learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to culturally responsive, strength‑and‑evidence‑informed collaborative inquiry practice.
• Willingness to travel itinerantly and work effectively in a team environment.
