You will also handle flight disruptions and cancellations, safeguard confidential information, address complaints professionally, escalation of problematic issues to the supervisor, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a grade 12 and have experience in ticket sales within an aviation company.
