Job Description
Key Responsibilities of a Safety Coordinator cum Solar Panel Supervisor on Construction Sites - Safety Management & Compliance
- Develop and implement site-specific safety policies in line with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and BCA guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, ISO standards, and company safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain safe work practices.
- Risk Assessment & Hazard Control
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
