Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Our client is seeking an experienced Safety Lead to support construction operations at a project in Goodyear, AZ. This individual will be responsible for promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support all onsite safety initiatives and compliance efforts
- Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Monitor field operations to ensure safe work practices are followed
- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and new hire orientations
