SITE: Tarkwa Mine
Position Summary:
The Engineering – Project Department of Tarkwa Gold Mine is seeking to employ an experienced and self-motivated team player to fill the position of Health and Safety Officer – Engineering Projects on a Two -Year Fixed Term Contract through a Third-Party Contractor.
Reporting to the Unit Manager – Safety, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring full implementation of Gold Fields business partner framework on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full implementation of Gold Fields leadership routines: Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) (Leadership Interaction, Coached Leadership Interaction, Risk Containment Walks, Planned Task Observations and Critical Control Verifications) on all projects

Ensure all leadership routines are effectively conducted and logged in INX timely
