Job Description
Safety Management - Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Risk Assessment - Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure proper implementation of control measures to manage identified risks.
- Maintain and update the Risk Assessment Register.
Training and Awareness - Organize and conduct safety training sessions and toolbox meetings for employees and contractors.
- Promote a culture of safety through awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all workers are adequately informed about emergency procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
