Responsibilities Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.
- Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.
- Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.
- To compile all non-compliance findings weekly.
- To lead WSH meeting, provide valuable insights and solutions on safety findings.
- Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel.
- Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.
- Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.
- Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer.
- Conduct daily TBM.
- Involve and attend to safety audits as and when necessary.
