Purpose:
The Human Resources Intern will play a dual, high-impact role within the HR Department, working directly under the guidance of the HR Recruiter. The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in executing the company’s Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance strategy, while simultaneously assisting the talent acquisition function with end-to-end recruitment support when required to do so.
