WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels, including online job boards, industry organizations, and professional networks.Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
