Job Description - Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Maintain and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers
- Promote partnership initiatives, bridging partner interests to create win-win outcomes
- Continuously enhance sales and partnership acquisition processes
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
- Professionally negotiate and close deals, and address client objections or concerns
- Provide after-sales support and maintain client satisfaction
- Gather market intelligence and customer data for reporting
- Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management
- Meet individual sales targets, KPIs, and manage account receivables
- Support the Business Development Head on any ad hoc projects or tasks
