Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage to deliver tailored product presentations and negotiations to secure new high-value (e.g., VIPs, corporate buyers, or wholesale accounts) business opportunities including creation of quotation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of account-related operations such as order fulfillment, delivery, and after- and post-sales support.
  • Execute account growth and retention strategies, manage high-value or complex accounts, and ensure team activities aligned with business targets, sales plans, and client priorities.
  • Ensure that goals and daily operations contribute directly to sales, cost-efficiency, customer satisfaction, or other commercial targets.
