Job Description

Identify/create leads through the internet, project database and referrals (word-of-mouth).

Maintaining existing and loyal clients; creating and maintaining client profiles; contacting clients and establishing contact relations; visiting client sites to conduct sales pitches and product presentations; coordinating project progress with Operations; visiting accounts to ensure satisfaction with project progress; conducting post-project client satisfaction interviews/surveys to re-establish client relations; attending to customer queries or concerns; preparing monthly sales projection reports.
