Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and provide excellent customer serviceManage customer accountsBuild and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communicationsHandle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirementsWork with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queriesReview customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilitiesFollow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure ordersPerform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and deliveryPlan and execute sales strategiesConduct presentations and customer visitsPrepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales statistics and reportsOther duties as assigned
