A Sales Account Specialist is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned accounts. This involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales.
Responsibilities
- Hit targets aligned with the business strategies
- Following up new leads which involves researching possible clients, setting meetings, and attending corporate events
- Create a portfolio of new clients won
- Develop and suggest strategic plans for growth of accounts
- Retain and build strong bonds with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Communicate at a senior level with the internal team to provide excellent solutions to the clients
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the company’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry
