Duties will include:
- Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotations, sales confirmations, and delivery documentation
- Coordinating with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability
- Raising and processing purchase orders with suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory coordination
- Matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices
- Assisting with supplier invoice processing and basic accounts support
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and office documentation
