Preparing Delivery Order, Invoices and arranging Delivery Schedules

Liaising with local and overseas suppliers for products purchase

Responsible for liaising with existing customers’ enquiries.

Process packing list and commercial invoice (for forwarder). Coordinate shipments between logistics & client (coordinate with forwarder on export shipment to ensure smooth shipments)

Support operations team by handling trade documentation

Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with collaborated department, such as warehouse.

Assist and support Sales Department on customer queries in relation to order fulfillment documentation aspect.

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience in sales team or office admin

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

Able to pick up commonly used computer software after some train...
