Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, invoices.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders
Maintain and update customer databases
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments
Process orders and ensure timely delivery
Assist in preparing sales documents and presentations
Perform general administrative duties
Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Experience in sales administration is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
