Job Summary:

The Sales Admin Logistics is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales department by ensuring accurate inventory monitoring, proper documentation, and efficient coordination of vehicle and stock movements. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized records, supporting sales operations, and ensuring the timely availability and delivery of vehicles in accordance with Toyota standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Stock Management:
    • Monitor, record, and update vehicle inventory using MS Excel and inventory management systems.
    • Track incoming and outgoing stocks to ensure accurate inventory levels and availability.
