Job Scope - Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
- Handle basic sales enquiries and recommend suitable products
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and technicians
- Simple showroom duties and customer walk‑ins
- Assist with day‑to‑day office operations
Requirements - Able to work independently and responsibly
- Comfortable talking to customers
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Prior sales/customer service experience is a bonus
