Desired Experience & Qualification (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):


  • Grade 12

  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar Management, Outlook, etc.)

  • Good work ethic and professional approach

  • previous sales administration experience

  • CTC = ±R15 000/ negotiable for the right candidate.
  • Sales administration:


    Get signed paperwork and payment from clients o Draft and get rental agreements signed


    Getting approvals from financial institutes


    Update client folders on OneDrive


    Update monthly sales board


    Update yearly sales reports


    Send project updates


    Daily feasibilities


    Tenders


    Keep track of sales meetings


    Update sales meetings board


    Office administration:


    Submit employee leave forms


    Assist with CVs from recruiters


    Set up new employees


    Order stationery and consumables
