SA - Gauteng, Kempton ParkR 20000 - R 25000 Monthly Cost To CompanySALES ADMINISTRATOR / TELESALES COORDINATOR
(Kempton Park)Minimum requirements:

  • Matric

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Sage Evolution experience

    • DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Capturing of orders received from different platforms (Email, WhatsApp, Supplier Portal)

  • Calling customers for orders

  • Invoicing & confirming of purchase orders daily

  • Processing of loading sheets for Dispatch Manager

  • Processing of a Bulk loading sheet for Pack station Manager

  • Processing & emailing of credits to customers

  • Checking invoices received back with a GRV/Stamp

  • Filing of invoices and credits

  • Completing cost per route daily

  • Batch listing of invoices daily

  • Report compilation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on sales volumes, promotions & returns
