Job Description

Join Samsung Electronics as a Sales Administrator responsible for verifying incentives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries. 

About the role:
  • Communicating with customers and sales teams for all claim-related issues
  • Review and finalise outstanding claims and unpaid claims
  • Review and endorse the terms and conditions of any sales deduction promotion requests
  • Guide customers on the “What & How” when submitting a claim
  • Provide full reconciliation calculations for any rejected invoice and or partial rejection.
  • Provide customers with the payment details such as credit note number, rejection reconciliation and/or required information
  • Ensure that all claim enquiries and requests are reviewed in line with the company’s claim manual, policies and procedures
  • Answer queries regarding the verification and processing of claims
