Under the supervision of the Showroom Director, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the client in his process of choosing flooring and purchasing ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, carpets, installation products, advising them on the products that meet their needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure comprehensive client follow-up (files, calls, emails, quotes, orders, transfers, etc.) in an efficient and professional way;
