Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with IT and business unit stakeholderswithin SMB and Enterprise clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each customer’s strategic goals, technologylandscape, and pain points.
  • Lead periodic business reviews and ensure client satisfaction throughout the servicelifecycle.

2. Strategic Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within SMB and Enterprise accounts.
  • Manage full sales cycles—from prospecting and proposal development tonegotiation and closing.
  • Conduct sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiationstailored to the customer’s business scale.
