Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with IT and business unit stakeholderswithin SMB and Enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each customer’s strategic goals, technologylandscape, and pain points.
- Lead periodic business reviews and ensure client satisfaction throughout the servicelifecycle.
2. Strategic Sales & Business Growth
- Identify and close new business opportunities within SMB and Enterprise accounts.
- Manage full sales cycles—from prospecting and proposal development tonegotiation and closing.
- Conduct sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiationstailored to the customer’s business scale.
