Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Retail
- Position Title: Sales Assistant
- Working Location: Robinson Street
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 10:30am-7:30pm, Sat 10:30am-4pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,200 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities - Help customers in-store and online with product questions, purchases, and after-sales support.
- Accurately process, pack, and sort online orders.
- Manage cash transactions, maintain the register, and perform daily sales reconciliations.
- Work with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep the store clean, organize merchandise displays, and track inventory levels.
- Use Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage sales records, reports, and communications.
