Job Description
Customer Service & Sales - Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, offering alternatives, and cross‑selling or upselling products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, ongoing promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store‑level sales targets (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
