Job Purpose:

Seeking a Sales Capability Manager to lead on-ground capability building for field sales force. This role will be responsible for training, coaching, and uplifting performance across sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handhold and coach field sales teams through structured on-the-ground training
• Drive capability enhancement aligned to business goals and market realities
• Lead junior trainers and ensure consistent delivery across regions
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps and design interventions

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of strong field sales + training experience
• Preferably from FMCG or Telecom sectors
