Sales Coach – Telco Account (1–2 yrs experience)



Full-Time | Sales / Operations

Coach and improve sales performance of telco agents

Conduct call monitoring, coaching sessions, and feedback

Drive KPIs: conversion, revenue, attach rate, and QA

Support agent onboarding and continuous development



Requirements:



1–2 years experience as Sales Coach, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Agent

2+ years BPO experience (Telco preferred)

Strong communication and coaching skills
