Overview

The Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Closer to handle warm, pre-qualified leads from our marketing funnel. You will conduct Zoom sales calls with SME business owners, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Run 5–10 Zoom sales calls weekly with qualified leads
• Present RM10K–RM30K service packages using structured sales frameworks
• Close deals and manage follow-ups in the pipeline
• Track sales performance and report weekly results
• Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality
• Continuously improve through coaching and call reviews

Qualifications

• Hungry, driven, and motivated by performance-based income
• Comfortable discussing money and handling objections
• Coachable and eager to improve
• Strong communicator in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus)
