Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable sleep solutions

  • Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries

  • Prepare quotations and close sales effectively

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Ensure showroom displays and standards are maintained

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events and trade shows when required

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
    • Requirements:
  • Previous retail or showroom sales experience

  • Confident, energetic and customer-focused approach

  • Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills

  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service

  • Experience within furniture, home décor, bedding or related industries would be advantageous

  • Own transport preferred
