As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand, promoting our travel money products, and exceeding customer expectations while owning the store as if it were your own.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
• Maximise sales and promote the full range of Travelex products to all customers
• Embrace a digital mindset via social media – manage Google reviews, Facebook, and Instagram
• Monitor stock levels, investigate overs and shorts (differences), and report findings
