Your Main Duties Will Include Actively sourcing and generating leads through various marketing channels and networking. Presenting and selling residential properties to potential buyers in a professional and compelling manner. Conducting property viewings and effectively communicating features, benefits, and value to clients. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to deal closure and post-sale service. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction documents.
