Key Responsibilities:

· Handling day-to-day operations in assisting residential sales team members.

· Processing customer payments, deposits & final invoices.

· Open, print and prepare job packets prior to going to production.

· Verify accuracy of the new job packets.

· Assist the sales process, assist residential sales staff, and schedule install dates.

· Track jobs through production- installation through completion.

· Process Line Locates through Texas811.

· Standard Administrative duties – Scanning, filing, responding to emails and general inquiries, greeting visitors.

· Responsible for document handling, file making, and other clerical duties necessary to assist the sales team and office staff.
