Overview
Responsible for the attainment of sales targets of assigned concession stores through effective management of manpower, inventory, merchandise and operations.
Responsibilities
- Handles orders of merchandisers and customers endorsed by merchandisers.
- Timely response and provide accurate information on the company's products and services via phone, messages and email queries.
- Provide proposals to retail orders and route to proper internal departments depending on the client’s concern/s on a timely manner.
- Assist in the Shipping arrangements.
- Assist after sales and return and exchange items within warranty.
- Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layout on sales figures.
- Ensure that existing product displays have accurate product labels and price tags.
- Monitors daily sales achievement of assigned stores to ensure that sales accomplishment for the month.
