We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in a newly created role, supporting a fast-paced and growing sales function within the food manufacturing sector.
Role Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day sales administration and customer support, including product availability, pricing, specifications, and order status.
• Prepare sales presentations, briefs, and supporting documentation for internal and external use.
• Support new product and customer initiatives by coordinating follow-ups and tracking progress.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support new product launches, range updates, and compliance requirements, including food safety documentation, labelling, and import permits.
