North Ridge Development Corporation, a leader in the residential construction industry, has an opening for a full-time permanent Sales Coordinator to join our Saskatoon team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the purpose of the Sales Coordinator position is to provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager and the Sales Team to increase the sales team’s production. We are anticipating an August 4, 2026 start date.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review, package, and process contracts, distributing documentation to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Conduct general paperwork review and processing, including amendments, condition removal packages, NSOs, change orders (Cos), and related documentation.
• Prepare and distribute weekly inventory reports and complete project set-ups.
