Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order-related activities
• Handle order processing, entry, and tracking in the system
• Follow up on dispatch status, delivery timelines, and pending orders
• Work closely with PPC, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth execution
• Ensure timely sharing of invoices, packing lists, and order updates
