Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. The Sales/Customer Support Specialist will help the administration in building and maintaining a strong relationship with their clients and prospective clients in all lines of business. He/She will also handle administrative duties such as managing customer accounts, providing high-quality customer service, facilitating troubleshooting and managing sales leads in all lines of business.
