Job Description
Role: You will own the P&L of the micro territory within a larger geography and drive profitability. You will run and manage the daily Sales operations for your micro territory, monitor the daily/weekly sales conversion funnel, and drive improvements to funnel shape and deliver monthly targets. What Youβll Own β Drive Sales through a highly skilled team of business managers to ensure the best possible TATs and CSAT are delivered to the customer. β Work on projects to optimise cost and drive efficiency in the sales funnel. β Drive the productivity of the business managers. β Own the hiring and training of talent to build a highly motivated and trained team. β Build a team on strong fundamentals and a vision of Livspace. β Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.
