Overview

SDR Manager (SDM) – Empowering the next generation of Gartner sales leaders. You will lead a team of 10+ early‑career associates supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams across Gartner’s Sales regions. The role involves driving strategic outreach, managing cold‑calling efforts, and developing high‑performing talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Program (SDP) associates
  • Drive outreach strategy and execution across new and existing accounts
  • Partner with front‑line Sales leaders and quota‑bearing sellers to support SDP associate pipeline generation and client engagement
