As the Sales Development Manager for Southern Europe, you will play a key role in shaping the future of SAP's digital sales strategy, driving growth, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and success.
Your main goals as the SDE Leader are
- Run Like a Business – Drive consistent business performance through team execution, ensuring delivery of high-quality pipeline that converts into revenue, fully aligned with SDE comp plan metrics, pipeline health standards, and quarterly linearity expectations.
- Customer Centricity – Lead a digital‑savvy, customer‑centric, and partner‑enabled demand generation motion by ensuring strong adoption of digital selling, high‑quality customer engagement, and consistent qualification standards across the team.
