Sales Development Representative – Inbound Italian Market

Responsibilities
- Qualify incoming leads quickly to identify high‑potential opportunities.
- Engage HR managers, CEOs and other stakeholders to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and Operations to optimise the sales cycle.
- Use tools such as HubSpot to track and manage leads and support campaign improvement.
- Develop and refine qualification processes to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads through emails, calls and other nurturing activities.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or similar sales role, preferably in SaaS.
