Job Description
What You'll Do
- First contact for inbound leads, shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through qualification.
- Manage inbound opportunities across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and feedback loops.
- Qualify and disqualify prospects, ensuring time and effort are focused on the right opportunities.
- Achieve KPIs, such as discovery calls booked, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
- Complete weekly activities to meet sales performance metrics, including presentations and sales.
- Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value‑added activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role (inside sales, SDR, BDR, or equivalent).
