About the role
As a key member of the team, a successful sales development representative must be
friendly and persuasive. Should have a strong command of written and verbal English
communication. He must be able to understand the clients requirements in a short time and
present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and calm, able to handle aggressiveness and complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call the clients using a given lead list
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the companys products and services
Work on obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle our product and service
Inquiries to provide appropriate solutions to the clients queries and doubts
