The Commercial Director is responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy of the HVAC business in Iberia, with full ownership of revenue, market share, and profitability across B2B and B2C channels. This role ensures the translation of business objectives into commercial plans and results, leading the sales organization and coordinating closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to guarantee alignment and effective execution.
